    • "Watch your little sister."
    • "Don't go in the swimming pool."
  • Children do best thinking once they are familiar with a topic and they can rely on objects to enhance their thoughts and knowledge
  • Learn core concepts at this age; not only reading and writing, but math, science, and social studies as well
  • Learn how to tie shoes, dress themselves, throw a ball
